Our philosophy is to schedule appointments in a timely manner. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to accommodate all appointments. NOTE: Insurance cards & photo ID are required for new patient appointments.

Phone Calls
Please allow time for our staff to discuss the problem with the provider before we return your call. The staff will need the telephone checklist information (see lower right) prior to talking to your physician. Your call may not be returned until late afternoon.

Prescription Refills
When calling the office for prescriptions refills, we ask that you call during normal business hours and allow 48 hours to process your request. Depending on the situation, the physician may need to see you first. Please understand it is in your best interest if we request that you make an appointment before refilling requests. Please have your pharmacy name and phone number available for our staff.

Nights & Weekends Call Coverage
Our providers can be reached for after hours emergencies by calling the Medical Society at 463-1540. Your call will be returned ASAP. Please have your checklist handy (see right) before you call.












Please have the following ready when calling after hours or if you have medical questions:


  • Patient name
  • Date of birth
  • Telephone number
  • Pharmacy name, location and number
  • Pertinent medical information
  • How long you have been ill
  • What are the symptoms
  • Temperature
  • What medications, if any, have you taken
